Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Drillber's marketing site or our SaaS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Drillber provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for planning and running cybersecurity tabletop exercises. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and in your subscription agreement.
3. Accounts & Access
When you create an account, provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity originating from your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to store or transmit material that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. Abusive behavior, scanning, or attempts to breach platform security may result in immediate suspension.
5. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer data remains under the customer's control; we process it solely to provide the service.
6. Security
We maintain industry-standard security controls including TLS for data in transit, field-level AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive PII, role-based access control, and audit logging. See our Security page for details.
7. Service Availability & Support
We aim for high availability. Specific SLAs are provided in paid plans. Support levels and response times depend on your subscription tier.
8. Fees & Termination
Subscription fees are billed as agreed. Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. Upon termination, customer data is retained per the agreed retention policy unless an earlier deletion is requested.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drillber's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your contract, or if none, by the laws of the jurisdiction where Drillber is registered.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to account owners with reasonable advance notice.
