The AI facilitator is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Credits reset on your billing cycle date. A typical 10-event exercise uses approximately 40–60 AI messages (evaluations + broadcasts + hotwash). Unused credits do not roll over.

Is there a free trial?+

Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes, cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens if I run out of AI messages?+
The AI facilitator will be paused for the rest of your billing cycle. Your exercises can still run — participants can still respond and facilitators can still inject events manually. AI features resume when your cycle resets. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately.
What counts as one AI message?+
One AI message = one call to the Claude API. This includes: evaluating a participant response, generating an event injection broadcast, or producing the hotwash debrief. A typical 10-event exercise uses 40–60 messages in total.
Do participants need accounts or a paid seat?+
No. Participants receive a unique link by email and can respond from any device without creating an account. They do not consume a user seat on your plan.

Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored in Google Cloud (europe-west1, Belgium). PII fields (email, mobile) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Each tenant's data is fully isolated at the database level.
